Bought a new Fenwick rod 2 weeks ago and it broke hauling in a decent size bass off the dock last night. I stopped by there this morning and told them my story, and the owner immediately  took me over to the new rods to get me a new one. Great store!!!! Great people!!! Go buy your equipment from these guys!!!!

Little Jims is my go-to and after the fire, I was at a loss but now that they are back open I got my local shop back! It is way bigger and it's really  nice, if you haven't been there you need to this family-owned shop is amazing and they are very knowledgeable and have so many products

Brick and mortar: it's not fair of me to give a one star rating, when I was in there last year it was a fine business. It's location on the map is currently a concrete slab. The building that was is gone. Maybe there still operating online or in other means. Fyi on the physical location. Edit (see response) to 5 star... Can't fault 'em for a fire (this review was intended to be informative). Hope they're back next year!

Little Jim's is a staple for us been going here for 20 years. Family run and they always treated us well. Recently had a few shiners die quickly went back and told him and he just gave us a whole bunch more no question asked. Great selection of rods, reals and tackle. Great Service.  We was looking for a Otter XTH Pro Resort Hub last minute, all places were sold out.  Thought I give Little Jim a try, called the store even though they didnt have the hub in stock, they was able to get one over night and I picked up early the next day.

Wonderful Customer Service!!  I placed an order off Amazon, and realized I ordered left hand instead of right hand retrieve.  I called and they had the order fixed and switched within two minutes.  Nice to still have stores where customer service is a priority!!  They will get my business again!!!!
